Your First Conversation with AI
Online via Zoom
GOLD helps adults 50+ build the confidence to handle everyday technology on their own terms. You have heard plenty about AI and probably not much of it useful. We will open a chat assistant together and try it on real things, making sense of a confusing letter, drafting a note you have been putting off, planning a week of meals. You will leave having actually used it, not just heard about it.
You Can't Break It
Online via Zoom
GOLD helps adults 50+ build the confidence to handle everyday technology on their own terms. Most people move slowly on their phone because they are afraid of breaking something or losing access to an account. We will show you what actually happens when you tap the wrong thing, which is almost always nothing, how to undo it when it is not, and the protections already sitting on your device. You will leave willing to poke around, which is where the real learning starts.
