MyChart Training Class - Garner Senior Center

Our MyChart Training program is a hands-on, guided workshop designed to help older adults navigate their healthcare with confidence. MyChart, an online patient portal used by most major health systems, can be overwhelming for those who have never been shown how to use it. This program changes that by walking participants step-by-step through the essentials — using their own smartphone, tablet, or computer.

What We Cover:

• Creating and logging into a secure MyChart account

• Viewing lab results and medical history

• Messaging healthcare providers

• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
